Single Family
A classroom training program designed to assist those interested in developing housing for potential homeowners considered "moderate to low income." Topics include:

  • Land Use

  • The manual includes a series of sample forms for use by the attendees
A typical class will include representatives of government, for profit and not for profit organizations that wish to learn more about developing affordable homes for sale in their community. Upon completion of the course, attendees should have a better understanding of what should be considered when planning a development. It will help organizations assess their capacity to pursue single-family housing development and what resources are available to assist them.

Multi-Family
A workshop for those interested in developing affordable rental housing for families and/or senior citizens . Topics include:
