Overview
Quality affordable housing development is best achieved when it
involves a local organization that understands the needs of their
community. TAHG has worked with many non-profits which vary greatly
in their capacity and experience yet are committed to providing
affordable housing services. In order to address the needs of each
group, TAHG has provided assistance to these groups under two programs
- Technical
Assistance and Real
Estate Development. The Technical Assistance Program
offers one-on-one training to help organizations recognize and build
upon their strengths and improve their weaknesses. The Real Estate
Development Program provides assistance to groups who are ready
to pursue housing development ranging from a single home to apartments.
