Organizational Development
In providing technical assistance to nonprofit organizations,
faith-based groups and local governments, TAHG evaluates the
organization's overall ability and capacity then provides on-site
assistance based on identified needs. This specialized approach enables
organizations to strengthen their program delivery efforts and, if
desired, transition into the arena of affordable housing development.

- Homebuyer Education and Counseling Program
Development
These services are provided based on the availability and guidelines of
our grant funding, or on a contractual basis. To determine eligibility
