Organizational Development
In providing technical assistance to nonprofit organizations, faith-based
groups and local governments, TAHG evaluates the organization's
overall ability and capacity then provides on-site assistance based
on identified needs. This specialized approach enables organizations
to strengthen their program delivery efforts and, if desired, transition
into the arena of affordable housing development. Examples of Technical
Assistance services include:
- Organizational Development
- Strategic and Consolidated Planning
- Board Development
- Internal Operation Management and Controls
- Grant Writing
- Homebuyer Education and Counseling Program Development
These services are provided based on the availability and guidelines
of our grant funding, or on a contractual basis. To determine eligibility
