Real Estate Development
In Our Real Estate Development program, TAHG joins with local organizations
(nonprofit, governmental or faith-based) for the planning, funding
and construction of affordable housing as well as for neighborhood
revitalization. TAHG has the experience, skills and stability to
provide local governments and organizations the ability to pursue
needed development in their community. Through a joint venture partnership,
TAHG provides the ability for a local group to pursue any number
of affordable housing development possibilities such as:

- Rehabilitation
- Adaptive Re-Use
- Single-family detached
- Multi-family
- Rentals
- For Sale
- Urban Infill
- Subdivision Creation
As partners, both TAHG and the organization are involved in every aspect of the
development/revitalization process. Over the past 40 years, TAHG
is proud to have partnered in the development of thousands of units
of affordable housing and has won state and national awards for
