Lisa Lemos, Administrative Analyst
Lisa Lemos joined The
Affordable Housing Group in October 2005. Mrs. Lemos holds an
Associate degree in Business Administration, an Associate degree in
General Studies, and a Bachelors degree from University of North
Carolina at Charlotte . She is a Notary Public and a Certified
Professional of Occupancy. She has also held certifications as
Certified Manager of Community Associations, and Certified Housing
Counselor. Mrs. Lemos has responsibility for the asset management
of The Affordable Housing Group’s substantial housing portfolio.
Mrs. Lemos brings with her ten years experience in community
association management, with a responsibility for physical and fiscal
management of a wide range of residential developments. Mrs.
Lemos also has experience in the fields of legal administration and
title services.
