Lisa Lemos, Administrative Analyst
Lisa Lemos joined The Affordable Housing Group in October 2005.
Mrs. Lemos has the primary responsibility of asset analysis for
The Affordable Housing Group's existing stock of low income housing
tax credit apartments. She also has a secondary responsibility for
assisting the Director of Real Estate Development in the development
and implementation of strategies to plan, finance and develop single
family and multifamily affordable housing within the development
division. Mrs. Lemos brings with her ten years experience in community
association management, where she was responsible for the physical
and fiscal management of family housing units varying in size and
complexity from a six unit multi-family development, to a 52 unit
planned unit development with ten acre lots and restrictive development
covenants, to a 360 unit condominium complex. Mrs. Lemos holds an
Associate in Arts in Business Administration and an Associate in
Arts in General Studies, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations,
a TAHC Certified Housing Counselor, and is a Notary Public. In addition
to her community association management experience, Mrs. Lemos has
experience in the fields of legal administration and title services.
