Kris Fountain, Director of the Community
Training Center and TAHC
Kris
J. Fountain joined the staff in January 2010 as the Director of the
Community Training Center and The Association of Housing
Counselors. Kris is an administrator, motivational speaker,
home
ownership trainer/consultant and licensed real estate broker, as well
as the recipient of several mortgage banking and real estate
certifications and distinctions. As a certified homeownership
counselor and real estate broker for over 15 years, Kris has
successfully earned a reputation among his clients and colleagues as a
competent, compassionate and enterprising professional. Kris
has
a unique blend of experience in real estate, mortgage lending,
homeownership counseling and non-profit administration that has always
placed him in a position to help the traditionally under-served and
provide technical assistance to nationally recognized lending
institutions and non-profit agencies. Mr. Fountain holds a
Business Administration Degree in Real Estate Finance from Western
Michigan University.
