James Royster, Development Associate
Mr. Royster joined our staff in 2007. His experience includes two
years as an AmeriCorps member for Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte.
He also has worked for United Way of Central Massachusetts, Common
Pathways, and Enterprise Community Partners. Mr. Royster has experience
in housing development, green building, community outreach, grant
writing, and conducting training and technical assistance. He holds
a B.A. in Sociology from James Madison University, and a Master's
degree in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
Mr. Royster is also a HUD Certified HOME Specialist.
